Season 3 of Merlin, picks up a year later, with Morgana being returned to Camelot apparently held captive by merciless bandits, but in truth, biding her time with the sorceress Morgause and plotting to bring down Camelot. Trouble ensues...
The 3rd season was shot mostly by me, but some episodes I handed over to DP Peter Greenhalgh (some of his episodes feature in this trailer). We continued to shoot on Super 16mm film, and for this season in an effort to improve the image by reducing grain and increasing sharpness, I changed stocks to the Kodak Vision 2 200T as the main stock of choice, whereas in previous seasons I'd shot most of the show on 500ASA Vision 3.
