Steadicam
I took up the steadicam® as a 25 year old training under DP/OP John Cavill (Xena: The Warrior Princess, Spartacus Blood & Sand) on an EFP rig and was soon out earning my keep.
Over 15 years later and I own and operate an Ultra Cine sled from Tiffen with partner David Garbett. I have operated on many TV shows, promos, commericals and feature films such as Narnia: The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe, Hercules the Legendary Journeys, Perfect Creature, Tony and many more.
I spends more time directing other steadicam ops now, but still love dancing the awkward dance of pain from time to time. I guess I'm just stubborn that way.
